Jason It reminds me of an episode of cup cake wars; don't worry my kids watch not me :).  It tastes of chemicals not of natural flavors. It is chopped just to use another reference. Good mixer potential.
Tripp There is a funny taste to this very thin bourbon, not sweet and not earthy but thin. It has a very cool bottle but you can definitely do better for the price. The smell and the taste have a very plastic nature to it , like it was aged in Tupperware not oak. Patrick Ewing was great (go NY Knicks) but JR Ewing needs to stick with oil and not bourbon.
