Angel’s Envy – The Bourbon Guide

Angel’s Envy

Batch 4M Bottle 157 Finished in port wine barrels. 43.3% Fancy smancy! Very cool bottle design and how could port barrel aging be bad? Somewhat controversial as it is not traditional, but we are certainly not elitists so we have no problem with a little experimentation.

Tasting was done on the rocks.

Approx. $65 at the VA ABC stores for a 750ml.

Jason Nice flavor but not my favorite.  I would recommend this to those that like a subtle bourbon.
Tripp Not a re-buy but worth a try. A different fruity taste and quite smooth but not as good as I hoped. Nose: Fruit and sweet caramel. Subtle chemical smell. Taste: Corn, sweet, then fire. Not a burn. No spice or leather, but sweet then fire. Some fruit in there. Notes: Not bad, but has a unique fruit taste that makes it different. Subtle then strong.
